Great location, just a short walk from Hyde Park. The staff are very helpful, and it’s convenient that luggage storage is available. I’ve stayed here more than once because I’ve always had a positive experience. The single room is spacious enough even with my big suitcase open on the floor. Everything is clean, and the bathroom has good lighting, perfect for doing makeup.

Breakfast was acceptable. The hotel offers breakfast that you have to pay extra, through a cafe located in the hotel. They serve an ok English breakfast but very good juices and smoothies

The room was very comfortable, and well-sized. Facilities were overall very good. However, the lack of a fridge was a little concerning for a hotel of this quality. This created some issues for us in regards to storage of medication.
