Apart from the TV which was not a smart TV or an ability to rent a film, all was well. We have arrived for a short stay with our dog who was treated to a comfy bed and food and drink bowls and was very happy.

The room is beautiful and very comfortable, with lots of space for central London. Several nice amenities as well, with diverse coffee capsules and comfy bathrobes. The bathroom with a full bath also feels very luxurious and the bed was simply amazing. The location is also excellent, near the City (for work), the metro and several nice restaurants around.
