The apartment location was very good, close to everything we need: minimarket stores, train station, bus station, close to city centre, parks etc. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.

It was enough space for 2 people. It was calm. You have cafes and supermarkets really close. You are so close to Hyde park or even Notting Hill. It was nice to save some money because of the kitchen area.

We were in a duplex room, just great, bed in a loft, and even on the ground floor, window is on a quiet square, no noise. Excellent.

For reasonably priced accommodation in London this is a real gem. Friendly and helpful staff (although I didn't need them much as everything was great) and a good location. Beautifully clean with toiletries, tea and coffee makings and cleaning materials. The fridge is a bonus even if you don't intend to actually cook anything. Three small supermarkets within easy walking distance, lots of cafes, bakeries, restaurants as well as other utility shops like chemists. Opening windows (can be a challenge with city accommodation) and good (quiet) air conditioning. The hotel is over many floors, but there is a lift. Good transport links - 20 minute walk to Paddington, 30 minute train to King's Cross. A taxi/uber from central London was about £30 (but might be cheaper when there is no tube strike on).

The facilities were very good, and of good quality. However, and I realise this is a feature of London hotel rooms, space was very tight- ironic given the name of the property!
