It was exceptional! First time staying in a TAJ hotel, will definitely come again. The hotel is beautiful, location perfect, staff - all exceptional! Incredible breakfast. All the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Rooms - amazing. Very generous with water, coffee and the Molton and Brown shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was just the cherry on the cake as well! Best hotel I have stayed in London.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we entered the hotel until our last goodbyes. I stayed here with my mother to celebrate her birthday, and the hotel made sure she felt truly special for the occasion — beautiful flowers, a birthday card, and a cake were waiting for us in our room upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were always polite and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is also excellent — perfect for visiting London’s main attractions and conveniently close to an underground station, making it easy to get around the city.

It was more than expected, the hotel was very clean and everything thought through, lots of amenities, the staff is super friendly and polite and helpful. It's central city location was very practical and you can walk from it easy to Buckingham Palace, trafalgar square and Big Ben. The hotel hotel massively contributed to the quality of our weekend. Not to forget the large breakfast choice and beautiful cozy spa. .

We arrived and the staff were friendly despite me leaving my ID at home. We were offered an upgrade which was a surprise and the room we were put in was amazing. Big comfy bed, checkout at 12 which was brilliant also as we’d had a few beers the night before
