Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and a somewhat homely atmosphere. The room we stayed in was small, but not uncomfortably so. Bathroom was fine and clean. Recommended, would stay there again.

Room 31 on 4th floor. Comfortable bed. Very clean room and shower/toilet. Quiet as to rear of building. Lift in building. Friendly staff. Small cooler fridge for your drinks etc. Skipped breakfast as tired, so unable to comment.

So friendly. The location for me was excellent even with the tube strikes I could get every needed on foot. ( I am fit and like walking and was visiting family not London) Paddington was a nice 45 min walk though Hyde Park but normally the tube would have made London very accessible. A beautiful classic Londom street. It was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good especially the English breakfast. I felt safe as a woman alone.

Great location! Good, safe neighbourhood. Good restaurants and shopping and museums. Very close walk to the tube station. Very nice breakfast. Not a huge hotel chain but more a quaint, English family style Inn, with proper hotel room facilities in each room and a small elevator. Staff were excellent and accommodating. If you've travelled through Europe, these are the types of places you are looking for.

Great location for Hyde Park, The Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum. The room was very clean, with a good new bathroom. I also had a balcony, which was a great surprise and pleasure.

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. There was a very warm, family-like atmosphere and I felt very comfortable there. The beds were very comfortable. Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are small, but it is a two-star hotel, so I expected that. Breakfast was simple but more than enough for me. I would definitely come back."
