Star Hotel

Character hotel , modern bathroom, comfy beds. We had a twin room facing the street: windows were soundproof. Good location between Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush tube stations. We arrived slightly before the check-in time from an international flight and the receptionist was kind enough to allow for early check-in.

Really good value stay in London with easy access via public transport to the airport and train station. We stayed in a compact and simple room on the top floor which was great for one night in between transit. Room, shower, and beds felt clean. It was quite hot when we stayed but there was a small fan in the room to help. Just noting that higher floors are only accessible via fairly narrow stairs so it may be difficult for some travellers with heavy and large suitcases but this wasn't a problem for us and we were also aware before booking.

Very well located for events in Hammersmith or Shepherd’s Bush. Friendly and helpful welcome. Very clean bedroom and bathroom.

Very warm welcome by receptionist. Ideal location.

Great location , Comfy bed 😊

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful reception. An absolute joy. Our room was on the top floor, small and intimate, with everything we needed included in a well thought out layout.

Room was very clean and comfy.

The location is really good and convinient. Not quite in central London, but close to buses and tube stations and with plenty of amenities around. Very convinient if you're going to an event in Wembley Stadium.

The room size was adequate, both the room and the bathroom were clean. The only inconvenience was that the room was on the top floor and we had a warmer period. Very friendly staff The hotel's location is very good, with both restaurants and markets in the area, and well connected to public transport.

Very good location

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the tube. Very good value for money.

I really liked the easy of access to the room and front entrance. It was all very streamline and a great experience from start to finish, I would recommend staying here especially on trips alone! Would recommend !

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Good location

I got upgraded to a double room with AC, bed was soooo comfy and the bathroom was tiny but clean and had everything i needed! Would def reccomend for a solo trip to London

We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit – thank you! The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Definitely a place we’d be happy to return to.
