I liked how overly kind all the staff was. It was my first time traveling alone and I felt very comfortable and safe in Strand Palace. In particular, there was a nice lady at the front desk named Miranda who was incredibly helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything felt so pleasant and welcoming. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better My room was very small but with everything I needed: a clean shower, a kettle, and even a coffee machine. I also loved the little touches — there was chocolate and a refillable water bottle waiting in the room, and water refill stations on every floor
