The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff in this hotel are amazing. Breakfast was good, especially the special fried/steam eggs ! Location is amazing, just a short walk from Paddington station, loads of restaurants and stores around it.

Staff were friendly. Location was good with lots of restaurants around to choose from. Solo room was compact but quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and being able to get coffee from reception was nice as was having a kettle and fridge in the room. Buying drinks and snacks from reception was at an honest price and not over priced. Hotel felt secure and staff were knowledgeable about London. The amenities (shower gel etc) were nice as were the coffee and tea in the room
