Very comfortable room in a great location and good greeting at reception. I particularly liked the super comfy bed. In addition the selection of fine teas and toiletries plus nice towels and robes were a great touch. The room wasn't large but it was well laid out so I had sufficient space for my things. Although centrally located I found it quite quiet and slept well.

Location, clean, cozy, quiet and it is placed in a very busy area with bus stops and tube station nearby. The amenities are great, staff is super helpful, the room was cozy and bright.

I stayed here when I arrived then left my luggage to go to the country and upon my return I was upgraded to a bigger room with wooden floors. I was very happy with this room. The staff were wonderful and helpful with directions and recommendations of trains and places to visit.

I asked for a room with wooden floor and the manager Mr. Ryda Zarhouni kildly moved me to such a room. I like the location as it's near South Kensington and not far from King's Road if you like walking. The street is not busy and quite residential so easy for taxis to park outside the door and load your luggage.
