Guest Reviews
Absolutely amazing hotel. Perfectly located in Gröme, opposite a very popular restaurant (Seten) and no more than 5 minute to other amazing places (Topdeck, Afara etc) as well as the main road where all the tourists shops and mini supermarkets are. Hotel is happy to arrange activities for you, and even if organised separately (like through get your guide) the hotel reception will still liaise with the companies if needed, or tell you when people are waiting at reception. The room itself was so unique and cosy, with ample seating areas, and a great size bathroom. It is a little dark, but that’s what you get in a cave ! The noise from other guests was very quiet, and you’re off the main streets so not many disturbances there (perfect for all the early mornings). There free toiletries provided were also lovely. The hotel has a little viewing rooftop - this isn’t private, as anyone can rock up if they wish, but during our stay it was just us or maybe one other couple up there. Definitely no over crowding but that might be the season (October). They have floor cushions and throws available to enjoy the view. I took some amazing photos up there both as sunrise (with the balloons, as attached) and sunset (no balloons fly at the time no matter the weather). The breakfast was fresh, with an omelette station, and the hotel manger herself personally came round to all the tables to introduce herself and see if there was any help or improvements needed. I’ve not had this service before, but the personable detail made such a difference. As well as the 24/7 reception, there’s also a WhatsApp number to contact the staff on. Now the reason this hotel becomes 10 stars for me (and why they are earning my first ever review) is because I left my rather expensive (over 1k) and of incredibly high sentimental value necklace in the room. I only realised literally on the runway to go home.
Great location with a stellar view. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. Wonderful breakfast each morning. I liked having so many options to keep variety with the first meal of the day. The room was cozy and tidy. A cave room isn’t something you find just anywhere which made it special.
Everything about this hotel was great , the location , the spotless clean rooms , the jacuzzi , the courtyard and mostly the view of the balloons from the terrace , also the breakfast that was amazing. Special thanks to the Kind receptionist and the owners Mr. Cemil and Miss. Angela that gave us an early check in and Late Checkout. We Highly recommend this quiet and amazing hotel.
The staff were so nice and helpful, the room was spacious and had a nice bath to take a dip after a long day of walking.
Views were gorgeous, close to everything though a good uphill walk from the main part of the town but well worth it! All correspondence with Angela, the owner was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cave rooms are gorgeous with lovely bathrooms
Perfect location, beautiful and clean hotel and great breakfast.
Breakfast was amazing every morning. Hot and homemade with a lot of options. Everything was super clean. Very walkable location. Helpful staff.
It was a beautiful stone/ cave building with ornamental stone carvings on the walls of the room and a beautiful arched ceiling. The decor was tasteful. The views from the terrace were stunning, and we were lucky to witness the sky full of hot air balloons. The bed was comfy, the bathroom lovely. The breakfast was THE BEST - such a range of delicious salads and sweet treats. The staff were helpful, and especially it was great to speak with Angela and Osman.
Location,Cleanliness and staff
The hotel is excellent and very well located. The breakfast is varied and delicious. We booked all our tours through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. The staff is very helpful and attentive. During our stay, the balloon ride was canceled for three days, and the team never stopped assisting us with rebookings and even helped us arrange an extra night’s stay. In the end, everything worked out perfectly!
Location, room
Amazing stay! beatuiful hotel with elegant rooms carved into the real rock, very comfrotable, great breakfast, stunning views from the top of the town overlooking the rock formations. It has also a great rooftop terrace to lounge and take in the views. The staff was super welcoming and always available to help with everything (booking taxis or any other activity) would definitely recommend!
Everything was superb. Great location, amazing views and lovely room. Breakfast was excellent and staff really helpful and knowledgeable
Amazing rooftop! Staff were so lovely and helpful! Such a an amazing stay!
Perfect panoramic view for the balloons!
Lovely host and amazing terrace to watch the balloons and sunrise in the mornings!
Nice friendly staff, walking distance to all the restaurants, clean, breakfast was also delicious - a spread of local food, balcony with hot air balloon view from 5am
I was deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the hosts. Although I checked in late at night, they greeted me cheerfully, carried my luggage, and carefully explained the details of the hotel. The breakfast was more delicious and varied than I expected, and they even made an omelet for me. Thanks to this breakfast, I was able to enjoy Cappadocia all day and savor Turkish cuisine. The room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. Even after I checked out, they provided me with attentive service, taking care of everything from bathing and dinner to first aid for my injuries. It was the first time in my life that I'd experienced such a warm hotel, and I will definitely recommend this hotel again when I visit Cappadocia or when I recommend it to friends!! We also went to a restaurant called Fat Boys, which is affiliated with the hotel, and enjoyed some delicious kebabs. The manager is a big fan of Japan, and we had a great time, and even got a discount for our guests. Thank you very much. Thank you so much for your hospitality over the past two days. Not only was the hotel itself the best, but the host family was also the best.
Very friendly helpful staff in the hotel. They help me to make a plan and book an air balloon tour. I really enjoyed staying with me for 3 nights and exploring in Cappadocia.
Location was perfect, the staff were all so friendly and so accomodating in helping us decide on activities to do for the day. Facilities were all perfect as well.
