Guest Reviews
Great staff. Very friendly people.
The most helpful staff we have ever met! Gave restaurant and attraction recommendations when we arrived. So easy to communicate! Always happy to help! Also organised the very professional ballon tour and good hamam for us smoothly! The cave room itself is fabulous - so authentic, warm, cozy and clean, great ventilation, plus a beautiful terrace as well.
The property is conveniently located in Goreme. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious selection of traditional Turkish dishes.
Very authentic hotel. Wonderful staff. I booked a room with a luxurious bathroom. I slept wonderfully. In the morning, breakfast was warm and cozy. I left with only the most positive impressions. In the end, the hotel gave me a gift🌿
It was an absolute gift to enjoy a cave room such as this. Unique, cosy and warm, conveniently located to everything. Breakfast is wonderful and staff are 1st class. Absolutely stay here if you are coming to Cappadocia. PS. The open fire in our room was beautiful. I hardly wanted to leave the room.
📍Excellent location- few minutes walking distance to the main street with lots restaurants and souvenir shops 🛀Rooms are sparkling clean with all the amenities you need 👨🏻Friendly staffs who make you feel like home 🥪Yummy breakfast buffet 🌅Lovely balcony with the perfect hot air balloon view
We had a lovely stay in the Terra Cave Hotel. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The communication was easy since the time of the booking. The hotel's location is walking distance from the Goreme bus station, a bit up, but doable. The cave room is so interesting, spacious, and comfortable. It is quiet and warm during our stay in autumn, without the need for a heater (which is also available). The breakfast is amazing each day in a cozy breakfast room, with the kindest ladies. They are also so kind with the cats around. The hotel helped us to arrange the "green tour" to the ihlara valley and the underground city and it turned out to be such a wonderful tour, more than we expected. Also, the morning view of the hot air balloon was spectacular from the hotel's rooftop
Staff went out of their way to help us. Very knowledgeable about the area and attractions.
Nice cave style hotel ,good size of room ,good location with great breakfast selection
Awesome facilities! Very helpful Receptionist! They were so kind to arrange everything, as tours, pick up shuttle bus, etc, for us. Location is very convenient, everything is near by. We certainly are coming back and recommend to anyone with eyes closed!
Perfect place to stay!
Beautiful and easy access to everything! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
This place is amazing, a 4-5 minute walk into town. We booked the Junior cave suite and the room was beautiful and had lots of space and air conditioning and a big bathroom. Very clean all throughout the hotel. The terrace has incredible views of the balloons in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly from the breakfast, to room service to reception (we left early morning outside of the breakfast hours and they offered to make us sandwiches to go!). We used their laundry service which was priced a little lower than the ones around town (15 euros for 6kg) and they gave it back to us in a few hours, clothes were well looked after! All in all, would love to come back here next time!
such a cozy place! loved everything. rooms were very spacious and clean. all areas were well designed. staff was friendly. good location - near everything but still far enough from the noise. good value for money.
What a very special hotel this was. Set only a 5 minute walk from the main part of town, and behind a gate, the hotel is very private. We had a cave suite on the ground floor with a small outdoor seating area - a great spot to put our feet up at the end of a days sightseeing. The suite itself was so nice - a small sitting room with tea/coffee facilities; a large bedroom with very comfortable bed and plenty of warm blankets; a well appointed bathroom. We loved the coziness of staying in the cave. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it here.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms and all of the surroundings were beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our highlight: the rooftop terrace were we were able to enjoy the sun and the view of the city.
It’s an amazing place with amazing people :) I stayed here for 4 nights during my trip, and everything was perfect — the location, the staff, the rooms. I can strongly recommend this place to everyone
Close to town centre Very comfortable beds Clean Friendly staff Amazing views from the rooftop and breakfast area
We had a wonderful stay at Terra Cave Hotel and would highly recommend! We actually stayed at 3 different hotels in Goreme (as wanted to try out a few) and the staff at Terra were by far the most warm, welcoming, and helpful! The cave room was smart, cosy, and clean. The breakfast had a good variety with freshly cooked eggs. There are 2 terrace areas at different levels which were great for relaxing and looking over Göreme and watching the hot air balloons. Staff were efficient and willing to help with transfers to and from the airport. When we ended up cancelling and booking ourselves (due to logistical reasons), they were very understanding and easy going. There were some lovely added touches including a self-service afternoon tea ~4pm, as well as a little packed lunch (sandwich, fruit, and juice because we had to leave before breakfast time) and a box of Turkish delights when we left. Terra is a great option for good value cave hotel with warm and friendly atmosphere, great location, and nice terraces.
It is in a great location with wonderful service, also the people is friendly and nice!
