The room was great, spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. The location is good for taking the metro but not being in a busy street, even the walk to the city center is nice.

Friendly staff, good value, apples, and oranges and two water bottles in room. Double set of old and new windows insured no street noise. Good value.

The staff was very friendly. There were two kinds of eggs available every day at breakfast, plus plain yogurt, which I prefer, and they often had heated milk to add to the coffee. I appreciate that because I like a fair amount of milk and it’s hard for me to get a hot cup of coffee in England. They also had all the regular breads and jams and butter plus probably a few things I’m forgetting. And I love that there was an elevator. The underwater decoration on the fifth floor was kitchy and fun. There was a skylight with a mechanical shade to blot out light in the day. It was decently placed for tube stations, though you did have to go a few blocks.

The Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They were eager to support every request or query that we had. The breakfast selection is OK also, although bacon or sausage options would have been nice with the fried/boiled eggs. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits in the room was very well received and the facility of a fridge was also super healpful.
