The property was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved my time spent at the hotel.

Louise 8.0

Excellent location a short walk from Paddington Station with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Very quiet. Room was comfortable and just the right temperature. Continental breakfast was basic but fine and the breakfast room staff were very friendly. The fridge in the room was quiet and worked well. Perfect for a few night's stay.

Clean facilities and friendly people. A block and a half from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express ends. Breakfast was a continental one and you had options on purchasing eggs, bacon or sausages. Rooms were clean but lacked a few modern conveniences.

Raquel 9.0

Fabulous location, clean and lovely service from the staff. Simple continental breakfast included fantastic help from staff to holding our luggage after checking out to hailing a cab for us when our Uber cancelled during the tube strikes.

Everything was great. The room was a little warm for us and we were grateful for the fans, but it wasnt enough.

Good location close to the entrance of Hyde park and a 10 minute walk to Paddington station. Room was clean and tidy and a decent sized bathroom. It was ideal for my two night stay in London. The area felt calm and safe and was quiet at night so no issues with noise. Staff that I encountered were friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
