Everything at the Hotel was fantastic. The Food, The Tea time, the Breakfast and the Chinese restaurant. All of the staff are super attentive and friendly. Location is perfect since its quiet and next to Hyde Park. Also, prior to our stay, the hotel reached out to me to ask if we needed anything during our stay. They helped me celebrate my Husbands Birthday with a surprise cake during our lovely breakfast. Oh, and the hotel is gorgeous and very tasteful. Will definitely come back again! Thank you!

We have just stayed at the hotel this weekend to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. I must say we had an unbelievable experience from start to finish. We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking Hyde park that was very spacious and very modern. On arrival we received a lovely bottle of champagne with a beautiful birthday cake. It was our first time at this wonderful hotel and certainly won’t be our last. All the staff made our stay extremely special. Mikel and Rachel in the restaurant looked after us with excellent service. Jacomo in vespers made us very welcome. I used the valet parking and the doorman took care of my vehicle wonderfully. I highly recommend this excellent hotel in London and for me by far the best. I look forward to returning very soon.

Beautiful hotel , wonderful surroundings and staff couldn’t do enough to help . Booked afternoon tea which was lovely , staff again were wonderful and there was no rush to anything . Felt calm and relaxed in beautiful surroundings . If you can afford it you need to visit and stay here, you won’t be disappointed . It is the best hotel in have stayed at in after 40 years of travelling .
