Guest Reviews
Really friendly staff, great breakfast, quirky room and fantastic location.
we loved the room, we are already planning to go back in March :)
The air conditioning was noisy and we couldn’t turn it off overnight. Minor problem was that there was not enough body wash in the shower for the two of us.
Great central location, clean, comfortable and stylish. Had a home from home feeling.
Excellent location, great staff and incredible margaritas
Central London location within easy walking distance (10 mins) of Oxford Circus Tube Station plus Oxford Street and Regent Street for shopping etc. Our room, the Study was clean and tastefully decorated to represent the study of found in a Victorian/Georgian house. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Both my wife and myself had full English breakfast which was of high quality. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked a longer stay in 2026.
Absolutely loved The Kings Arms Pub & Boutique. Perfect location, room was superb and staff excellent. We highly recommend this accomodation.
It was fantastic - what a lovely place.
Great staff and a lovely little quiet pub to relax with drinks. Very nice breakfast, and the olives from the bar were very nice. Comfy, clean rooms. Thanks
Great place easy and friendly. Excellent communication and location.
The location is central but quiet. You can easily walk anywhere in central London. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The bedroom is a little bit small, but that is probably what you get in this part of London at this price.
The air conditioning didn’t really cool the room down
location and lovely fitted rooms. Some staff were a real hit, others less. Surprisingly quiet rooms.
We liked the very friendly staff - felt we were personal guests. They let us leave our case before going to the theatre - and the case was waiting for us in our room when we got back. Lovely comfortable 4 poster room with 3 windows. Lovely breakfast very reasonably priced when you pay on the day.
Good Location
We loved our stay at Kings Arms.
This was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived Daniel was very attentive. We went to Harry Potter the next morning and had the breakfast included with our stay. He had bags filled with goodies waiting for us to take! They were very well packed. Each day he discussed any questions we had. Darren, the chef, was super friendly and took good care of us in the morning. He also spent time talking with us since it was our first time in London. Our rooms were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, I wish I knew what kind of pillows they used, becuase its all I have been thinking about since home. Book this place and you won't be sorry!
Individual property decor beautiful
I liked the location, and the room was really lovely. The breakfast in the morning was really good too! Very fun to stay above a pub.
Charming unique beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Location was great . Easy to get to so many places nearby. Lovely street with shops and restaurants . We loved our stay .
