The winter garden is really nice and breakfast is amazing. The staff in the hotel are helpful, kind and attentive without being intrusive. The family room was quite comfortable and the large bathroom is great. Our kids loved the pool area and really enjoyed the Sherlock Holmes themed scavenger hunt. Different dining options in the hotel are very useful when kids are tired and you don't have the energy to leave the hotel. Hotel was nearly fully booked but we still managed to get early check-in and late checkout.

Everything, the room was huge, very comfortable bed, great sitting area, big tv, wonderful bathroom with bath shower and 2 sinks. Wonderful selection of cookies, coffee machine and good selection of tea. Very convenient with kids. Spa is great and pool a lot of fun. Staff was nice and friendly and helpful. And the umbrellas they gave us were amazing, it was raining the entire day and the umbrellas were a lifesaver, we walked for hours with them and stayed dry. location is fantastic, love the area.

The staff were so attentive and helpful; nothing was too much bother and everything came with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning and we really enjoyed spending time just relaxing here and taking it in. The location was also ideal for us and thoroughly enjoyed a run around Regent's Park and up Primrose Hill in the morning.

This was my second stay at The Landmark London this October, and once again it exceeded every expectation. The moment you walk through the doors, there’s an immediate sense of calm and understated elegance. The architecture, the floral centerpiece in the lobby, and the natural light filtering through the Winter Garden create an atmosphere that feels both grand and peaceful. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and overlooked the atrium ,the perfect blend of comfort and classic London charm. Every detail, from the soft linens to the thoughtful room setup, reflected impeccable taste and care. The staff were genuinely warm, professional, and made me feel truly welcomed back.

The maitre D of The Winter Garden ,as well as the one at The Champagne Bar.The waiters in The Winter Garden and the delightful waitresses,especially Josephine et al in both eateries. Millie and Ana in reception are very professional, friendly and efficient. The room(405) was perfect as were the palm trees,decor. The food is exemplary..soup,salmon mousse,duck,slow cooked beef and the brulee. We are staying in The Park Lane over New Year,plan to eat at The Winter Garden.

We had a wonderful stay from October 15th to 19th! The hotel is stunning, with a dreamy inner courtyard and a perfect location right next to Marylebone Underground. The staff were amazing — warm, attentive, and truly caring. We loved the lovely card and birthday surprise for our daughter’s 9th birthday. An immense thank you to the whole team for such a classy, very British experience! 🇬🇧✨
