Clean and professional. Calantha and the guest relations team went over and beyond in making my first stay with my wife an incredible experience. Will remember them forever and will definitely come back.

Very good location, good choice of breakfast. Chairs can be a bit low for some tall people with degenerative health problems. This was accommodated to me for a better high sitting by the corner of the dining/kitchen of which I was very grateful to time of checking out. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel has a modern kind of moody feel to it. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the welcome drink was a nice surprise. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was split between a bath and shower wet room, a separate sink area and separate toilet. Not sure on the auto clean toilet, noisy and just not for me. The resident's bar was quiet and had free tea, coffee and snacks. The main "stage" bar was livelier with some live music. The breakfast was superb.

Beautiful hotel, starting with the lobby. The room was pretty and a good size. Staff were quick to help and went so far as to do some printing for me. Ate at the champagne bar and restaurant on the 1st floor. Service was very good, as was the food. The doormen were attentive and very helpful. Once you check in, you do feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle of London. It's an excellent location right in Central London. I wasn't happy with my bathroom (there wasn't anything structurally wrong with it. It just wasn't suited for me). Once I made the complaint they offered to move me the next day which I said wasn't necessary. They were quick to try and solve the issue. Despite not liking the type of bathroom i was given, I have to say it was a very pretty bathroom, especially the blue tiles used.

What isn’t there to like? This was one of my favorite hotel stays to date. From the attention to design AND service, this hotel had everything for each person on our trip. The location was very accessible and safe. The amenities were endless. From my 7am outdoor runs (where the staff would greet me to and from) to our group hang outs at the rooftop bar, every moment was truly enjoyable.
