Guest Reviews
It was adorable! Absolute gem right in the centre of London! Close to tubes. Close to Thames. Close to good food places. Excellent breakfast!
Would defo come back again!; Friendly, relaxed and helpful staff; large bed and solid, well furnished room; interesting Fullers pub on ground floor (don't get put off by the mad hatters name- this used to be the shop/offices for a hat factory!); cooked breakfast, as well as a selection of pies etc for evening meal- Hotel residents get 10% discount for everything in the pub; great location just set back about a block on the south side of the river so it's easy to reach places.
Very friendly and helpful staff, both at the pub and hotel. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at reception so we could explore the city. Upon our return, it was neatly brought to our room. Clean room. A very charming place with a nice pub.
Nice room, great welcome. Good position for our needs.
The employees were wonderful
Staff was fantastic! Sammy is the absolute best! Location was perfect for sight seeing. Easy access to subway, bus and cab. Breakfast was delicious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Good sized room. Good location. Great staff - friendly and helpful. Adjacent pub with excellent breakfast
Very cosy and welcoming
Very friendly staff, great location, nostalgic atmosphere with English style pub.
We have stayed at the Mad Hatter too many times to count them anymore. The staff was great as always, very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do when you are in town. The complimentary breakfast is great and it is very nice to be able to have a good pub dinner right there if you ever are too tired to go out again (especially as we travelled with a young child). The little details of whimsy in the decor never fails to create a sense of comfort. We will go back for sure!
Staff wonderful. Shout out to Sammy at desk. Great service. Friendly and professional
Friendly staff Great location
Great location, friendly staff, nice sized room and nice sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Excellent location.
Beautiful and quirky. Comfortable and quiet. Amazing staff. Tasty breakfast.
Spot on location Breakfast fine
The history, the friendliness of the staff. The daily shortbread, quality coffee, having a bath. The breakfast was lovely too! Loved the porridge.
It was close enough to everywhere we wanted to go but without the expensive price tag of central London.
Quirky hotel/pub in an excellent location on the South bank. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
The staff were amazing, informative, friendly and welcoming, the rooms were lovely, large and comfortable with lots of extras
Staff was great, front desk super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was beyond expectations (oooohhh, the croissants). Fantastic central, walkable location.
