Stayed on Thursday, 30th October, 2025. Both male receptionists were polite and helpful. They kept my suitcase as I explored London on my second day. Thank you! A nice offering of tea / coffee / water on arrival. Lift to upper floors. Friendly breakfast staff. Clean breakfast room. Catered for gluten-free - cereals, gluten free coconut cakes, and fruit. Room available before 2pm, on request. It was clean. 5 minutes from Paddington Station. Local shops and plenty more shops on Edgware road. Short walk to Marylebone village. I would stay again!!!

The staff were so lovely. The 2 people on reception while we were there were so helpful and such gentlemen. The hotel is what you would expect for the star rating but the staff are 5 stars.

A nice compact family room with everything we needed. The ability to log into our Netflix account to watch a movie was great. A nice, quiet location. Fabulous coffee and pastry shop around the corner. Easily walked to all the places we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would use again

The hotel is located very close to Paddington station, with easy access to several tube lines as well as the Heathrow Express. The room and bathroom were small but quite well designed, although a little dated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is great value.

The staff were friendly and the location, in the leafy Sussex Gardens just a stone's throw away from Paddington Station and its plethora of restaurants, cafes and pubs, is excellent. The room was small but cosy, with a pleasant ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was continental and filling.
