It was small cosy and close to where I needed to go. It was a good base for both my work events. The staff were helpful and accommodating!

The room itself was decorated to a good standard, the room was air conditioned, had tea & coffee station, was clean, our bathroom lock on the door was faulty but reported this to the staff & they said this would be rectified, the standout thing for me was the rainfall shower, it was excellent.

The location was great, right between two tube stations. Room had a queen and twin bed which is a hard combo to find. Air conditioning worked well which is even harder to find! Also great water pressure.
