We were initially disappointed with our room as I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter and we were given a queen sized bed- my daughter sleeps like a starfish so I thought I would have 2 nights of no sleep! I explained to the reception staff and they worked hard to find us a different room and moved us. The staff are excellent and the hotel is lovely. You get lots of little perks staying here that make your stay feel special. The location is perfect to get to all of the sightseeing spots, theatres, Covent Garden, Regent Street, Oxford Street and China Town. Thank you Montcalm, we will definitely stay again.

The property was exceptional and surpassed all of our expectations. We arrived early to drop our bags off (just before 12pm) and the room was ready for us. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We were there to celebrate a ‘big’ birthday and the staff added lots of extras that were immensely appreciated.

Location was excellent - v near Piccadilly Circus underground (for Bakerloo line for access to and from Marylebone Station), theatre (we saw a show)and Oxford Street (for shopping).

The location is excellent! So convenient close to China town and in the theatre district. The staff was just amazing. So kind, friendly and made us feel special. We enjoyed the free fizz in the lobby. We also appreciated fruit in the room - such a lovely touch. Great stay!

I loved the kind gestures from staff and management.Upon arrival,a complimentary bottle of wine and two glasses were in our room,although we don't drink the kind gesture was appreciated.Also complimentary was a tray of fruit,which was also lovely and thoughtful.On the two nights of our stay each evening when we came back to our room,a token treat was placed on the bed.On the first night a pillow spray for a relaxing sleep,the second night a facial moisturiser,and on each night the curtains drawn,t.v on when we arrived.lt was so nice we really appreciated such details.
