Guest Reviews
Every member of staff were so engaging and friendly. I emailed ahead to say it was my husbands birthday and our anniversary. They left wineandballons in our room and were so enthusiastic about our celebration. We would definitely stay again
The staff were so helpful and the location was perfect.
The service was above and beyond any expectations. All the staff were incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is in a great location and despite being practically on Leicester square it was nice and quiet. Our room was large, the kitchenette was a practical touch, the bathroom was great. All spotless.
Great location, very accommodating staff.
There was no breakfast , which is fine with me.
This is such a lovely hotel. My room was spacious, I loved the kitchenette, the bed was comfy, it was within 5 minutes of the theatres I was visiting and the staff were incredible. I will be back!
very comfortable
Clean, cute little kitchenette, most things you need for your stay. Towels were exceptional and the location was fantastic to get to restaurants and attractions. Great staff.
Loved the Milton brown wash and body lotion
Very friendly and helpful staff, super comfortable bed and excellent location.
The location was fantastic. We saw several shows and it was very convenient to them. The staff was very helpful and room was quite comfortable.
The team were so friendly.
Wonderfully quiet for a city hotel. Very helpful reception staff. Convenient location (1 block away) for seeing a performance of the musical SIX
I didn't have breakfast we didn't know it was on offer. However for £300 for 1 night I would of thought it included breakfast. However I liked the fact they pretty much thought of everything you could need or want in your room.
It as very clean
The location is great! Step outside into the Centre of London with 2 tube stations close by. Surprisingly quiet in the room based on the busy location. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was an issue. Loved the GHD Hair Dryer and the Britta water tap (London tap water is safe but doesn’t taste great). Will hopefully stay again soon.
Great location tube was 5 mins away, could walk to places easy to. Very clean and modern hotel. Staff were so welcoming and everything was sorted quick and efficiently. Rooms were very clean and modern, the bed was very comfy.
Convenient.
I am highly allergic!! The hotel went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and that they avoided everything I couldn’t be exposed to. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will stay here again next time I’m in London!!
superb location and nice staff
