The Roseate Villa Bath

Staff were outstanding, very helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious, clean and nicely finished. Breakfast was also great.

We have stayed previously, 6 years ago, and returned in an emergency as we had booked somewhere more central to Bath, which turned out to be awful. We had little to no sleep due to noise throughout the entire night. Thankfully, we managed to move for our final night at the Roseate Villa Bath and had the dreamiest night ever. We never left our room...room service for dinner and drinks, long hot baths, comforting robes and slippers and the most peaceful sleep. We will never make the mistake of booking elsewhere again!

Very good location a few minutes walking from the center of Bath, and the hotel itself is very pretty. Comfortable rooms and beds, and nice staff. We were sad we could only stay a night

Room was comfortable and well appointed

The staff is exceptional. Kamil who welcomed us with superb coffee, biscuits and a chitchat was such a superb start of the stay. Amazing breakfast served by absolutely fantastic staff was just to die for. It’ll be our place of choice for next visits to this beautiful city.

Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room big, clean, well furnished and decorated and welcome music on arrival. Bathroom again good size. Superb central location for Bath centre and rugby stadium. Quiet in pleasant street with park opposite hotel. Hotel has gardens, could eat outside and has parking on site. Well stocked bar, good menu and food delicious.

Beautifully decorated, cozy room, very clean, AMAZING breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, easy to walk around but tucked away just enough for quietness across from a great park.

Great location and very clean

We'd booked a small room but they upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic - really lovely room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was served nicely and was really tasty. The location is perfect, so close to the town and the parking is such a bonus.

The Villa was beautiful, the room and facilities were exceptionally high quality, clean and comfortable. The staircase was delightfully quirky and charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a great location within walking distance to the town centre and the attractions. I’d highly recommend a stay here. If I’m ever back in Bath I’ll book here again.
