Spacious, cozy and clean room. Great nights sleep due to the quiet location. Staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed the pub atmosphere, perfect on a chilly autumnal evening with the pub's cozy fire to keep you warm.

On arrival very picturesque, wonderful views. Large car park at the back of the property was able to find a spot easily. The loveliest lady showed me to my room, I stayed in room (4) single bed, which was within the cutest annex next to the pub. The room was wonderful, lovely warm decor, spacious bathroom with shower, tea/coffee making facilities and TV. Included in the price of the room is breakfast, I cannot rave about the breakfast enough! Served inside the pub every morning. The Mexican breakfast and fresh juice was a party in the mouth to kick start your day ! Spoilt for choice with the menu. If you’re looking for a hearty stay away from the city centre of Bath, this is the place ! Staff were so lovely and friendly to me throughout my stay! Cannot suggest this little boutique stay enough !

My goal was to experience a small historic village and inn. Wheelwrights perfectly met my expectations. It was authentic and the area was peaceful and quiet yet close to the Bath attractions. Staff were all very friendly, accommodating. Food was tasty and quality.

Jack and his team were so kind to us as we were ill during our stay. They delivered food to our room, introduced us to the healing power of ginger shots and Jack even did a mini wine tasting for us in our room. We stayed an extra night. The food is great. Imaginative and fresh compared to most of the pub food we have eaten in UK. AND... Aussies take note... The coffee is locally roasted and excellent! Thanks, Jack!

Great proximity to Bath for doing the tourist bits and was a very good accommodation for the couple of days. Amazing service from the proprietors! We were welcomed from minute one and it was great for them to fit us in for dinner on an already busy Friday night and the food was superb. Beautiful location and well looked after!

Beautifully decorated and maintained room in a gorgeous little village location within an hour's walking distance of Bath (as long as you don't mind uphill walking!). Room clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, parking felt safe and breakfast was fantastic. I appreciated the small desk where I could sit with my laptop. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and the pub was very cosy. The food was amazing - a limited choice, but very tasty. The room was cosy with coffee bags rather than instant and the toiletries were nice. The bedding and pillows were comfortable too. The outside seating area was lovely and we were blessed with good weather so were able to make use of this. Easy to find and the car parking was good with plenty of choice.
