This hotel was incredibly inviting from the moment we arrived. One of the doormen (Chico) helped us with our bags, and later would recognise us when we would be leaving/arriving. He always made sure to greet us and was very kind. The room was clean and had plenty of space.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast had a great selection and quality of food. Room was comfortable with a lovely view of the river. Friendly and helpful staff make for an enjoyable stay. This is our second time here.

I really loved the location, it’s incredibly central, within easy walking distance of everything, yet tucked away on a quiet, peaceful street with hardly any foot traffic. It’s such a pleasant place to start and end the day’s walks. I chose this hotel for its history and the timeless classical beauty reflected in every detail. The reception and concierge staff were all wonderfully kind, polite, and helpful. Our favorite was Yana, who honestly felt like a long-lost friend we were lucky to meet. It was a real pleasure to chat with her and to turn to her for anything we needed. It’s also nice to have a Russian-speaking team member at the hotel, even though we manage perfectly well in English. Breakfast was excellent. A rich buffet with delicious food and a great variety of choices. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of a historic building across the street. It was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, warming up the room instantly.

The hotel is gorgeous, and it is located next to everything I wanted. The room was big and cosy. The hotel was equipped with everything that I needed. The reception and concierge staff did their maximum for guests. Yana's check-in was amazing. The breakfast was incredible.

The staff were amazing, especially the doorman whose name I didn't catch but was so friendly. The room was beautiful and had a touchpad to control the lights etc which made life a lot easier. You could also control the temperature yourself which made my stay very comfortable.
