This is our second trip to London and both stays have been here!! The location is excellent and the hotel is so comfortable, cozy, staff is great, loved our room!!

The hotel really has a very special charm. Located above a pub and in the heart of Westminster, it has a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast consisted partly of a buffet and an à la carte breakfast, which offered vegetarian options in addition to the classic English breakfast. The room was also beautifully furnished and very cozy. I would book this hotel again for a private trip.

The location was perfect - so near a tube stop - very easy to get around, staff very friendly and helpful, bar staff great also! The room accommodations were clean and comfortable - all as described. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Room was fine although an upgrade so original room may have been very small. To be fair the room we booked was described as small. Location is great. We were there to visit Westminster Abbey (just at the end of the road) and Buckingham Palace (a short walk) and the Royal Albert Hall (not too far away). There is a tube station very near the hotel. Breakfast is very good and served in the adjoining Fullers pub where the beer is very good for the evening.
