Complementary birthday cake and wine - thank you. Easy check in and out. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We loved the 2-4-1 cocktail hour in the bar. Breakfast was good and so were all staff. Brilliant view.

Location, location, location! Great for sightseeing and the view of Tower Bridge was stunning! We even slept with the curtains open simply to admire the view. Complimentary drinks in the in-room minibar was a great touch, and the bed was super comfy! The car park is not used too much, so plenty of space under the hotel, which was really good. Overall, I recommend the hotel for its location and views.
