Very friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was freezing cold when we arrived, but after contacting reception, the heating soon became available and was very good there after.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful. We felt safe having 24hr reception staff. Breakfast was lovely. A nice range and the dining room was nice and tidy with staff who welcomed us each morning. Room was clean and modern. For 3 adults with luggage each, the room we had was a little squishy however for the time we had there (2 nights) it worked. We were really only there at night as we were out and about during the day. We were also grateful ti was on the ground floor so we didn't need to carry our luggage upstairs. Location was within a short walk to the train station. We didn't really get explore much around the actual hotel as we headed into London but I would stay again if I came back to the area.
