Lovely big old pub, directly opposite Waterloo station (exit 2 Waterloo road) perfect for night out, access to underground etc. breakfast was lovely. Staff really friendly. Our room was clean, nice shower, and they provide nice range of tea/coffee etc. Easy access with keycard when the pub is shut and you get back very late! You get a discount at the pub too if you are a staying guest. Will stay there again when out in London/concerts etc.

Great location. Staff very good and worked hard. Food ok (expensive, poached eggs hard on breakfast). Was a very hot eve and no a/c as old building. Quite noisy but it is a busy part ofLondon and had opened windows because it was so hot .
