- Staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. They went above to help me with some certain medical needs. - breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a fantastic choice - Bed was very comfortable - there is some pay by the hour parking (not too expensive) directly outside the hotel. - nice bar, and food options for dinner.

Upon arrival we were greated by the friendly staff member who looked after us efficiently and explained everything that we needed to know. The room was very clean and comfortable. We all found the breakfast excellent.

We had a great stay here. The pub has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with great food, and the rooms were spotless. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. We stayed while attending a concert at Wembley, and the location was perfect, just a few stops away on the tube, with the added convenience of a night bus for the journey back. It made getting to and from the venue really easy. Overall, a great place to stay with everything you could want for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

The room smelled lovely. I liked the olive green decor. Comfortable bed and benefit of a window that opened. Lovely eco-friendly bathroom products and powerful shower. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Wide choice of breakfast items included in room rate.
