The staff was so kind. That really stood out. Also the location was excellent for someone like me who was coming in to Paddington and needed to get to Heathrow the next morning. I also really enjoyed the selection of nearby restaurants. Finally, I spent 16 days in the U.K. and that was the most comfortable bed that I slept in.
