Beautiful historical building, great room and amazing breakfast

Location near to town, breakfast great, staff very happy, nice to see a smie

We were in room 1, a huge room with a beautiful roll top bath and a big comfy bed and gorgeous bed linens. The tea/ coffee were replenished each day with plentiful supplies. The dining room was spacious, 3 areas to choose from, wonderful continental options to choose from the buffet breakfast and a 10/10 hot breakfast. We had to keep reminding ourselves we had booked into a boutique B&B, this accomodation definately had hotel status and an absolute gem of a find. Location fantastic, a 10 minute walk (down hill) into Bath city centre. A 5 minute stroll to a lovely pub for dinner and private parking at the property too. Finally the staff were so friendly. Our final stay was halloween and some of the girls were in fancy dress at breakast, it was great fun and made for a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent place to stay when visiting the city! It is situated a 10/15 min walk from the centre so location is excellent! There is also a bus if you don't wish to walk and plenty of taxis. The place is small and quiet which we really liked and the staff were friendly - they don't stay all day but we arrived about 2.30pm to check in and they were still there and explained everything plus gave us a map of Bath which was helpful! We stayed in Room 14 which was in the attic space, but it was roomy enough for the 2 of us - had a large window, a fan, hairdryer, tea facilities, dressing table, large double bed and a lovely ensuite with a fantastic shower! Breakfast was provided and in your room you were given a card to fill in to put on your door for the morning so when you arrive at breakfast they already know your order - food was very good! Free car parking was also an added bonus. Overall we would really recommend staying here!

Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of options on top of the cooked parts we ordered. If we are ever back in Bath again we would certainly book to stay here again.

A cut above I was surprised to see a B&B with 4 stars but it truly deserves that! The communication before arrival was brilliant and made it very relaxing to arrive at the venue and locate one room. The whole property smelt amazing and is decorated beautifully with lovely background music during the day. The room had everything you need, exceptionally comfortable bed with gorgeous bed linen. The room had loads of sockets and the shower was very powerful with the whole place nicely lit with all the facilities you would expect. The breakfast was brilliant, as well as a great range of breakfasts to order there’s a good selection of juice, yoghurt and cereal with little pastries for all of the guests to enjoy. If we head back to Bath, I was definitely stay here again. Great location, easy walk into the centre of town and a relatively cheap taxi trip back if you don’t fancy the hill! Thank you very much, would recommend to anyone visiting!

Tyndall Villa is a beautiful B&B: our room was spacious and beautufully apppointed. It was quiet throughout the day and night, so we had two really great nights sleep. Tyndall Villa is a shprt walk into central Bath (10 mins at most), so very very convenient. The brealfast was delicious with lots of great options. A brilliant B&B- we will be back!

Staff were very helpful, especially after arriving from Australia early that morning. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed & great shower. Quiet location, no noise from other guests. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, set in nice breakfast room with conservatory. Villa is situated just outside of town although up a hill it is walkable or there are plenty of buses or taxis for the short journey
