Room was up and around the back without elevator access the last floor. I was told I was being upgraded to that room. Honestly if I could have had the original room and an elevator I would have preferred that. I had a heavy suitcase with me. I think when allocating these rooms they should INSIST on providing a porter.

Everything at the hotel was exceptionally clean, the ensuite was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Bed was comfy and the room had more than enough that you would need for a night away from home.

I booked at the last minute a single room at a fantastic rate. The room was in fact a very quiet large room with a super king size bed. Very comfortable and clean. Pimlico is a great location - adjacent to Westminster and with several neighborhood restaurants serving delicious food.

Room was very comfortable; large bathroom, bulk toiletries, plenty of space. Property close to Victoria Station, and easy walking distance to Westminster Abbey and other major sights. Plenty of staff who were extremely pleasant. Very nice breakfast room and good breakfast.

Check in was quick, welcoming and happy. Staff, in every instance were exemplary and the linen on the bed was the softest and cleanest I have noted in recent memory. I have stayed in hotels c30 times this year and I cannot find fault with Blue Orchid. Well done guys, your poached breakfast eggs were the icing on the cake! Thank you x
