Location superb, staff helpful, friendly & welcoming.

Perfect location, close to both Gloucester road and Earl's Court. The staff is kind and very welcoming.

Staff extremely helpful. Able to leave luggage in storage for the day. Brilliant location to underground and central to London. Would happily stay again. Great value for money.

-5min walk to Underground station -2 nice pubs closeby, many fastfood restaurants -Very nice people working here, very helpful -Room small but nice and clean, everything we needed: bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer, towels, Kettle, wardrobe for clothes -there is a lift, you don't have to worry about climbing the stairs with luggage

It was our second stay there and we still loved it. The room was good and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom, and the location was great. The lady at the check-in counter was a sweetheart!

The staff were brilliant, so kind and welcoming. I had problems with my previous booking so ended up booking the room 1hr before I arrived at 23.10pm and they were so nice to me as I was very tired and upset. Every time I needed something they were very accommodating. The room and bed were comfy. The shower in the bathroom was the best ever!! So warm and powerful.

LOCATION. Perfectly located, just steps from Earl’s Court station. Best of all, it’s right near Jollibee, which is a huge bonus! STAFF. The staff were very warm, kind, and approachable, accommodating all our needs. They might just be the best hotel staff ever! (Or perhaps one of them is the owner?) TOILET. The bathroom is compact but charmingly so! The water heats up perfectly, and most importantly, it’s clean. Towels, hair wash, and body wash are provided. ROOM. I won’t complain about the room’s size since I had read about it in reviews before booking and knew what to expect. For someone exploring London and not spending much time in the room, the space is perfectly adequate. Extra pillows could enhance comfort, but it’s not a big issue. FELIX THE CAT. Upon arrival, we saw an adorable cat, on the stairs, seemingly guarding the hotel. The staff mentioned he’s homeless, but their kindness in feeding and caring for him reflects their wonderful character. Alongside the staff, Felix is one of the reasons we'll come back to this hotel. Haha

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the reception staff truly made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Her excellent service alone upgraded our perception of the hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and inviting atmosphere! Also, the location is great and hotel is very clean.

Great location, within walking distance to lot of museums, local amenities and the underground. Very friendly staff and our bed was made and fresh towels when we returned to our room.
