Great location, and the staff are fantastic. The hotel is 1 min walk from Covent Garden, Charing Cross station, theatres and restaurants. Room was nice, the kitchen facilities are great. The room has all touchpad controlled lights, air con etc which is very modern. The bed is huge and very comfortable

Great central location close to the tube but still quiet inside. Clean room with a perfect mini kitchen. All the fancy buttons in the room to turn all the lights on and off and the curtains up and down was fun. There is a little table to take meetings at which is great.

It was a very nice surprise to see we got a free upgrade for our room. The location is fantastic and with the underground we never spent more than 25 minutes (mostly only 10 minutes even) on the train to get to where we wanted. Most of the time we even chose to just walk 40minutes to our destination, because when you always take the train you miss so much beautiful things. The staff was always very friendly and the room was very clean.

When we arrived we were welcomed and given a room. It was perfect for my daughter and I for a theatre get away for a few days. It was in close proximity to a local Sainsbury's and Tescos so we stocked up on milk (they did supply a small one serving of fresh milk in the fridge) and supplies.

The location was great, and I received a warm welcome on arrival. The room was really well equipped - inc a toaster and dishwasher. The view from the room across London was pretty impressive too.

I love the layout of the room and it gave us plenty of room even with luggage. You could prepare a meal in there if you wanted to. The bed was super comfy. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Each time we went out they greeted us with a smile.
