Location, location, location — quick walk from Paddington Stn, quiet neighbourhood just far enough away from Paddington, with breakfast restaurants, and ethnic restaurants nearby. Close to parks, 15 minutes walk. Staff were okay.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and how clean the entrance, hallways and the room was. The bedroom and bathroom were a good comfortable size. The staff was all very pleasant and welcoming.

Brilliant location, just 5mins walk from Paddington Station, yet on a quiet road. Room was just about OK for size (twin room) but only for a couple days. Great bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast too

Small row house type hotel on relatively quiet shaded street in a near park like setting yet convenient to Paddington station. Family run with helpful attentive staff. Clean throughout. Only downside is no room air conditioning for those sultry summer nights. A small room fan is provided but you’ll want to ask for another more powerful fan if you want to be relatively comfortable. Lobby is air conditioned. If you need a cab, ask the staff to book a black cab, not the private cab service that the staff suggests. I had a very bad experience with that company — bad enough to file a complaint with the Transport For London government agency — which ought to suspend their taxi operator license, in my opinion. This was my second stay and I would return again, despite the above comments.

This was our second stay in a 10 days. Great location of hotel. Walking distance from Paddington Station. Loads of good restaurants serving halal meal. The Family room was very spacious. The staff was very responsive. Good buffet breakfast.
