The property is clean and well maintained. It’s more of a business hotel. The staff are really helpful and amazing. Probably would come back depending if only staying for a night or two.

We had an unexpected upgrade, which made my husband’s birthday even more special. The room was really exceptional, with the most stunning view of Kensington Gardens. Having stayed in quiet a few top end hotels in London, this room was the largest by far. Being able to park underneath the hotel was really useful too. Really good value for money. Location was amazing for central London.
