What a great hotel! I was searching for something near Paddington that was a cut above the nice-but-shabby hotels that fill the area. This more than fit the bill. Specifics: comfortable bed, great shower pressure with instant hot water, quiet room, true light-blocking curtains, unbeatable location, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Deimante 9.0

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is peaceful, right next to a park and surrounded by charming buildings. It's also very convenient—several metro stations, including Lancaster Gate and Paddington, are within walking distance, making it very easy to get around. The room was comfortable, especially the beds, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and kettle.

Puri 9.0

The location was 10/10 — just a short walk from the Central Line and Paddington Station, making it super convenient for getting around London or travelling outside the city. The staff were really sweet and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. Highly recommend!

The breakfast now includes a selection of warm food as well as the Continental selection. The professional woman who checked us in and allowed us to enter room a little earlier to leave our bags. Kate from the Ukraine was charming and most helpful and showed us how to use Google Maps.

Charles 9.0

Great location, just down the street from Paddington train and underground station. Super friendly staff, clean.

David 9.0

Easy check in and nice room. The hotel was clean and spacious and well looked after and well worth the cost

Yuka 8.0

The hotel is pretty well situated, close to the 2 Tube stations, restaurants & cafés and shops. In the room, you have almost everything you would need, such as a kettle, iron and hair dryer.

Breakfast was very good, though I would have liked a greater selection of fresh and/ or tinned fruit- there was very limited choice. Location good for our concert at the Albert Hall; we were able to walk when it was light but took a cab back for safety reasons. The beds were extremely comfortable, something I mentioned when we checked out.

Cynthia offered a very warm welcome upon our arrival at Reception and engaged in light banter whilst efficiently getting us checked-in The room was perfectly functional and, above all else, spotlessly clean with crisp bedding and plenty of towels. This is a realistically priced, wholesome hotel in a great location... the hotel and staff were way above their price-point.
