A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with complimentary drinks and lovely toiletries. The staff were very helpful and attentive and stored our luggage before and after check in and check out. The spa is gorgeous- though it’s not super clear that it’s available to guests during designated hours only. Despite being quite busy at these times it still felt tranquil and was a great experience.

Beautiful building right in the heart of Bath. Very close to the Forum where we were going to see a concert. The spa is superb. The breakfast was outstanding as well. The bed was really comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room suitable for out needs.
