Pablos Place

The accommodation itself is BEAUTIFUL and very spacious!! It is situated in a quiet area and has beautiful farm/fields surroundings, however the shops/places to eat are not too far away. We travelled into York centre on one of the days and it was a very easy drive there (basically one straight road). It was lovely to experience the lively town centre, then to retreat back to a calm and quiet accommodation. As a family of 4- with 2 young lively children- this peaceful break was enjoyed by all! We spent our evenings as a family playing board games and watching films together, with minimal device time (which is VERY rare). The open plan living area really helped contribute to having active family time because even whilst cooking/tidying etc we (the adults) were still able to participate in conversations/games/watching films with our children. The accommodation as a whole (due to the layout and tranquil surroundings) encourages quality time together. At night time, it was nice and quiet whilst sitting on the decking (you might hear the odd ‘moo’ in the distance but other than that it’s so quiet). We also sat at the dining table or on the sofa playing scrabble with a film playing in the background… again, this all encouraged quality time together.

Just got back from 2 nights at Pablo’s Place. Really nice accommodation, clean and cosy. Will be booking again!

Difficult to find the actual property on the estate, and problems getting access. The name on the property was NOT "Pablo's Place" but something else. On arrival the code did not work. Fortunately the neighbours were home and one of them knew the revised code which had not been sent to us.

Well equipped, very clean, large and spacious. Excellent cooking facilities.

Location is perfect . Lots of space the cabin had everything you need. Looks like it’s really well looked after. Lovely and clean really beautiful cabin .

The property was spotless and so pretty. Beds comfortable and great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated, great home comforts and stunning location. Hosts supplied welcome gifts which was a nice touch. It felt very luxurious- it’s clear the hosts have thought of everything!
