Guest Reviews
The hotel was so beautiful and in a great location with access to shops and restaurants. The cave rooms are very clean, cosy, and have great facilities. Our king bed was comfortable. The breakfast is well worth adding in as it's a King's feast and delicious! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
Everything was perfect. The room 202 is the biggest and had amazing facilities, gorgeous bathroom and private balcony to watch the balloons. The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are plenty around. If you rent a car, the hotel has the only private parking in the center of Göreme (this is a very plus).
It was perfect. Thanks for the staff
The staff here are amazing nothing is too hard. They go above and beyond to help you. We booked all our activities with reception as they only partner with trusted insured providers. The breakfast was amazing and location is second to none. The terrace to watch hot air balloons amazing. Just book!
The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The employees were all very kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was outstanding.
Great location to the main town, beautiful, cost and calming hotel with great rooftop views of Goreme.
Perfect location for exploring. Great breakfast every morning. Staff were amazing and super helpful.
Location and staff friendliness and attentiveness
Beautiful hotel in Goreme. Best attributes is the staff. Couldn't be more helpful and friendly.
The staff and facilities at Roma Cave suites were amazing. To say that the staff went above and beyond is an understatement. We were a group of 9 people with 5 rooms - including standard, deluxe and queen rooms. Rooms The suites are very roomy well worth the upgrade. Out of the 3 standard rooms 2 had a small sitting area. The queen suite had a deck right above it and a huge shower area. Overall the rooms are mostly bigger than your average Turkish accommodation Breakfast I don't know this is not mentioned more often, every day there is a full Turkish breakfast delivered to your table. Hands down the best breakfast we had and it changed daily with a few base items. Includes hot and cold items, pickles, breads, cakes etc it was literally a table food of food prepared fresh daily Area Excellent location with easy mostly flat walking to restaurant, bars/cafes, hammams and gift shops. Right in the middle of the ballooning area, when you open your room door you are right in-between the balloons Ballooning The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we got into a balloon during our stay. They negotiated the best rates for us and woke up early (4:30am) 3 days in a row to ensure that we got the transfer, had tea/coffee and had a good trip. The hotel has 2 viewing desk - one right by the Queen Suite and then one above the breakfast bar. We basically had private view points every day the balloons went up. Even just opening your room door you could see balloons Extras They went over and above and organised: A pizza night on the terrace including blankets Rugby viewing in the managers office All tours/ excursions Birthday cake Opening the terrace for drinks every night Excellent communication via WhatsApp I could message at anytime and would be looked after Muhammad and the staff are warm and welcoming and we cannot recommend them more highly. They made our trip to Cappadocia magic and have a large part to play for us wanting to visit the area again.
breakfast was so amazing and traditional location was perfect and staff were so accomodating and room was beautiful
Amazing location and a wonderful room in a cave. After arriving, we got a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was a nice surprise. Additionally, a very helpful staff who was helping with organizing additional activities in Cappadocia so smooth and at a reasonable price. An amazing rooftop with the sunrise view at the balloons makes it a dream location! I really enjoyed the stay there.
Great location, beautiful hotel. Great staff. Clean.
Excellent location. The hotel offers a generous traditional Turkish breakfast (kahvalti), consisting of an omelet, bread, cheeses, olives, cucumbers and various spreads, The chefs will also make eggs to your taste when requested. Our room was on the second floor and had a king-size bed. There's a great view from the rooftop terrace where you can watch the hot-air balloons around 5:00 a.m.
We stayed in the suite room and the morning views of baloons were mesmerizing! We couldn’t have a better view 🤍 great breakfast and the lady always provided what we asked extra, she was the sweetest!
The hotel is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It has great location near the Goreme downton, but the best part of all is the amazing staff that made us feel right at home and were always able to accommodate all of our needs.
Property was right in the heart of the city. And perfect for walking around town.
We loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were generously upgraded, which made our experience even more special. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Cappadocia with easy access to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. What really stood out was the staff. Communication was flawless: fast, warm, and incredibly helpful. I had completely forgotten to arrange an airport transfer and messaged them after we had already landed — within minutes they sorted everything and a car was on the way. That level of attentiveness is rare, and it made a huge difference. Every question or concern we had during the stay was handled immediately and with care. You can tell they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Göreme — this place is a gem.
The location is great! Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop terrace is beautiful!
Excellent location and very good service

The result is a stay that feels timeless yet comfortable, with a quiet elegance born from centuries of stone and light. Location and surroundings play a central role here. The hotel is set in Cappadocia, a region famed for its otherworldly rock formations, and the property centers around a terrace that frames expansive views across the valley. Guests wake to a panorama of fairy chimneys and rugged terrain, a constant reminder that this is a place unlike any other. The hillside setting creates an intimate atmosphere that encourages slow mornings and memorable evenings as the light shifts over the landscape. Terrace views are a defining feature. From the outdoor space you can take in Cappadocia’s characteristic horizon while planning a day of exploration or simply savoring a quiet moment with a coffee or local drink. The on site restaurant complements this experience with specialty kebabs, offering a satisfying pairing of robust regional flavors and a sense of place. Dining on the terrace adds another layer to the Cappadocian experience, combining fresh air with panoramic scenery as you sample local spices and traditional recipes. The rooms at Roma Cave Suite are the heart of the experience. There are 13 rooms in total, each reflecting the cave dwelling tradition that defines Goreme. The accommodation is built into the hillside, providing a sense of continuity with the earth and rock that surrounds you. Within the rooms, guests often find features such as balconies or terraces and windows that deliver views of the surrounding landscape. This arrangement allows guests to wake up with a direct view of the valley, and to unwind in the same space after a day of sightseeing. Although the exact renovation details are not itemized, the description emphasizes a traditional cave style that remains comfortably contemporary for modern travelers. Food and drink are a highlight of the Roma Cave Suite experience. The on site restaurant focuses on kebabs and regional flavors, giving guests a chance to enjoy a meal without leaving the property. The terrace dining setup provides a relaxed atmosphere where guests can savor local cuisine while taking in panoramic views. The culinary experience is designed to complement the unique setting, making meals a memorable part of a Cappadocian holiday. Family friendliness is thoughtfully addressed here. The hotel welcomes guests of all ages and is organized as a boutique property with a maximum occupancy of four guests per stay. The policies cover cots and extra beds and outline how many children can stay free when using existing beds or cots. Specifically, one child up to two years old stays free when a cot is used, and up to three children up to six years old stay free with existing beds. Another policy notes that one child from six to twelve years old stays free when using available extra beds. For older children and adults using extra beds, the rate is a percentage of the adult price. The house rules also specify that the maximum number of extra beds is one and the maximum number of baby cots is one.
