Safran Cave Hotel

We had such a great stay at Safran Cave! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — she helped us organize everything so easily, including a private driver and airport pick-up/drop-off, all paid directly on the spot. Our room was super cozy, with a very comfortable bed, daily cleaning, and fresh towels every day. The terrace is beautiful — perfect for watching the balloons in the morning or enjoying breakfast with a view. Location is top, just a 5-minute walk from the center. Truly one of those places that makes your trip even better. Totally recommend it! 🌸✨

We had a great stay at Safran Cave hotel. It’s located in the Goreme town centre with few minutes walk to some of the tourist spots. The hotel staff arranged Red and Green tours which was helpful. Special mention to Feride who was super helpful during our stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel. The hot air balloon ride was only 5 minutes away and was able to see the balloons from the terrace the next day.

Lovely little hotel. Great staff. Great location. Excellent breakfast. The wifi could be a bit spotty if a lot of people were hammering it. Overall very happy with the place and I would recommend it with no reservations.

The breakfast was delicious, everything home made. Vegetables very fresh, delicious eggs any style, bread just made, everything super delicious.. The complete staff was the best, very friendly, lovable people, everyone made you feel at home. Will look forward in staying with them in a near future. Mrs. Feride,Mr. Baruk, Mrs. Dilek etc were wonderful. Thank you very much.

Spacious attractive room a short walk up from the bus station in a side street. Enjoyable breakfast, professional staff. Recommended.

The breakfast was amazing!

So many things to love about this property- the staff, the breakfast, the evening pizza, the roof top terrace, the location, the cave rooms, the Hot Air Balloon trip all wonderful!!! Cappadocia is a magical place and Safran Cave Hotel is highly recommended.

Breakfast was pretty good and served on terrace with a gorgeous view. Some options like coffee, boiled eggs, cereals were nice to have on the top of Turkey’s traditional breakfast option, which is not always foreign people preference

High quality Breakfast buffet. They really care about the ingredients and use the vegetables they produced themselves. Very kind staff. Pretty room decoration.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Walkable distance to shops & bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again if we get the chance to come back.

The Safran Cave Hotel was a beautiful and unique experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character with traditional decor and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, served on a scenic terrace. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace—absolutely spectacular views of the cityscape and a perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons take flight at sunrise. It’s an Instagram-worthy shot for all you influencers out there! The location was also perfect—close to the town center yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep.

Nice place, well located, with a terrace to watch the balloons in early morning (we also went to Love Valley at 5 am). Room not big, but nicely decorated.
