*Loved the location. *The staff. *Little touches such as biscuits, crisps (they were really nice) ans plenty of milk and ear plugs. *Spacious room. * Location ideal, in the very heart if the city, near the shambles.

Hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of York, so handy for exploring the city. The room I was in was in the townhouse part of the hotel which is done up really well and is very comfortable. The earplugs were a nice touch and came in handy as the pub goers outside were a bit rowdy on one of the nights. I didn't mind that though and if you were in York for the nightlife it really is the perfect location.
