The hotel is in a great location in a quiet and peaceful place, not far from the center. Fantastic view of the fairy-tale valleys and hot air balloons. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room.
A wonderful, cozy, and spotless hotel! The staff are warm and caring — especially Doğa at the reception, who helped me recover things I’d left on a bus that went to another town! Great breakfasts, beautiful mountain views, and delicious Cappadocian wine from the hotel’s own cellar. The location is perfect: peaceful yet only a 5-minute walk from the town center, close to hiking trails and the Open-Air Museum. In the morning, you can watch dozens of hot air balloons rising right next to the hotel. Such a magical place — we loved every moment and truly recommend it!

Very spacious, comfortable, clean rooms and the use of spa (sauna, steam and hamam) was an added bonus after a long hikes. Location is perfect for getting out there. Breakfast buffet is also great! The room is a pleasure to stay in and the cleaning team is very attentive. Thank you for a great stay! You made the trip do much more special.

The hotel has an excellent location—quiet but still close to the market 5 min walk and the museum . The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

The description for this hotel is not an exaggeration. This is the perfect spot to get a 360 degree view of the hot air balloons. It’s a 5 minute walk from the town center. The staff is great, willing to assist. I can’t remember all their names but they were wonderful. The breakfast is delicious too! Our flight was leaving before breakfast began so the staff packed us each a breakfast box 🥹🫶🏼 çok teşekkür ederim Zemi Hotel Cappadocia!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Firstly, location is very close to town center, same time it’s located in a quiet, peaceful area. Secondly, rooms and spa facilities are clean with everything necessary for your comfortable stay. Also, staff are friendly, fluent in English. I will definitely come back again.
The attention of the staff was excellent, always helpful and welcoming. I even forgot something in my room after checkout, and they kindly kept it safe for me at the reception. The pool was very nice, the location was great, and overall it made for a very pleasant stay
