It was very conveniently located especially as we arrived by train as the hotel was literally opposite Bath Spa station. Also taxis were parked outside the station. The rooms were comfortable and there was a lift . Also the lounge and restaurant were pleasant and the staff friendly.

Location was amazing and close to everything we wanted. Breakfasts were lovely and staff very attentive. Room was large and was nice to be able to book a triple room as travelled with my 25 year old daughter and her friend.

Location excellent. What's not to like about a hotel a few paces away from the station? Surprisingly quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful, really nice people. Quality of the food superb, breakfast cooked to perfection. Bed comfy and generous tea/coffee making facilities in my room. The bar was pleasant to sit in and for a single female traveller that's a really big deal
